AEQ Clinical Somatics

 

AEQ Clinical Somatics is a learning process to gain bete quality of control over muscles and movement in order not to unintentionally and involuntary tighten the muscles.

 

Moreover, it is also a process of disovering our past emontional and Physical traumas, learning how to understand and change them. These traumas have reduced and automatized aur voluntary control over the muscles and  moves throught our subconscious, leaving us without any options to infuence the condition, even thought is painful an restrictive.  Like any other learning process, it takes time and persistent, pain-free and self-conscious work to make a gradual improvement.
